1. We ship all over the world. Just buy and enjoy our great service, we ship direct to your door.

2. Our handling time is 4-10 business days or less after your payment has been processed, a tracking number (if applicable) will be provided to you after that. PRE ORDER ITEMS CAN TAKE UP TO 15 DAYS FOR DELIVERY.
We charge very low shipping fees for our customers to save you even more money.
3.We do have inventory/stock on hand and depending on the outfit available you can receive your items with in 3 business days. This is because we have inventory on hand and can ship straight from our office. If we do not have that item on hand in our office then it will come directly from out Manufacture and that can take 4-10 business days.
4.Flat Rate Shipping takes about 4-10 business days or less to reach destination countries in the world. However, regional variations apply which are out of our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.
a) Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 4-12 business days or less.
b) For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 7 to 25 business days.
c). For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.
d). For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.
5. For Standard Rate Shipping, it usually takes 3 -14 business days or less, to most destination countries in the world. The tracking number will usually be trackable on the respective courier website 1 to 2 days after we have shipped the goods. Occasionally, there may be a slight delay before the package(s) become trackable while they are logged by the respective shipping company. This is outside our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.
6. For Expedited Rate Shipping, we ship by DHL Only for expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is 4-10 business days.

Returns Policy and Instructions
Please return Item(s) within 30 days of ship date. We DO NOT accept items worn, washed, altered, sales items, bodysuits, swimsuits or undergarments. There items are all non-refundable.
We DO NOT do refunds! We will gladly issue you a store credit. Store credit can be used immediately and never expires.
When returning item(s) we recommend using stackable service such as USPS flat rate shipping. You are responsible for return shipping.
SALE ITEMS are ALL FINAL and NON REFUNDABLE.
